By opting for this Pre-Order, you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to these terms, binding yourself to this special offer.

Pre-Order Process: Place your order through authorized channels, with full payment required at the time of Pre-Order. This offer includes the discounted subscription and complimentary hardware, subject to limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist will be available for additional orders.

Estimated Delivery: Check the Pre-Order page for the anticipated delivery date, subject to change.
Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs from Wacol, QLD 4076, Australia, payable in USD.
Customs and Additional Charges: Import fees, taxes, duties, and other related charges are the Customer's responsibility.

Pre-Order Policy: Due to the nature of the discounted pricing and free hardware, all Pre-Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

SAAS Subscription Requirement: Activation with a SAAS subscription (discounted or standard) is necessary for full product functionality. Basic features are available in the SYNCRO app without an active subscription.
Activation Details: Instructions for subscription activation are provided with the Pre-Order confirmation and upon product delivery. All SAAS Subscriptions automatically commence upon product delivery.

Regional Pricing: Prices may vary by region. The final price, including any regional adjustments, is displayed during checkout.

Manufacturer's Warranty: All DynaSLED products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, with details and limitations provided with the product or accessible via link.

Eligibility: This offer is intended for bona fide retail customers purchasing for personal, non-commercial use. It excludes resellers, distributors, etc.
Regional Eligibility: Applicable in specified eligible countries/regions.
